The Velbon Ultra Stick R50 Aluminum Monopod is an extremely lightweight camera support that extends to a maximum height of 61". Featuring Velbon's patented twist & release leg locking system, the monopod can be extended with a single twist of the wrist.
The R50 is ideal for situations that require mobility as well as sturdy camera support, such as nature and sports photography. The aluminum monopod weighs just 15.3 oz and contracts to a very portable 15.2". The Ultra Stick R50 features a 1/4"-20 screw at the top for attachment to a head or directly to a camera.
